1 Rowes Cottages is a Grade II listed fisherman's cottage in the hamlet of Porthgwarra, on the south coast east of Land's End, and the beach is 0.1 miles away. It has exposed beams and two woodburning stoves, one in the sitting room and one in the kitchen/diner, with fuel and a starter pack included in the rent.

Downstairs are the sitting room with a Smart TV and books, the kitchen/diner, a utility room with a washing machine and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two king-size bedrooms and a twin, so the cottage sleeps six, and the family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bed linen and towels are included, and there is WiFi.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio and a terrace with furniture, and chairs on the top terrace look out to sea. A gate leads to the path onto the coastal footpath. Off-road parking takes two cars. The nearest pub is 2.9 miles away and the nearest shop 4.1 miles, so stock up before you settle in. No pets and no smoking.

The cottage suits families or friends who want a quiet cove and a walk from the door. The bedrooms are upstairs and the pub and shop need a drive, so it is less good for guests who prefer everything close by, and dogs cannot stay.
