11 Towan Valley is a semi-detached, 3-bedroom cottage within the Towan Valley Resort on the edge of Porthtowan. The property has a private hot tub and sits within walking distance of Porthtowan's surf beach, where the Blue Bar serves food and drinks directly on the sand.

The ground floor has an open-plan living and kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table. Front decking provides an outdoor eating space. A cloakroom is on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a zip-link king-size bed, TV, en-suite shower room, and access to a private furnished balcony. A second double and a twin bedroom share a family bathroom with bath. The hot tub sits in the garden - a draw after days on the coast path.

Off-road parking is at the front of the property. The enclosed garden gives dogs a secure space. Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes is 2.7 miles along the coast, with surf, rock pooling, and year-round dog access. Portreath Beach, a lifeguarded sandy beach, is 3.2 miles north.

The South West Coast Path passes close by, with the walk south to Chapel Porth and the National Trust engine house ruins at Wheal Coates covering about 2 miles of cliff-top trail. St Agnes village has a museum, bakery, and several pubs. Redruth and Camborne are about 15 minutes south for larger shops, and Truro is 20 minutes east. Dogs are welcome.

Best for surfers and dog owners who want a hot tub and a walkable route to Porthtowan's beach bar after a day on the sand. Less good for groups wanting a bathroom each, since only the master has an en-suite - the second double and twin bedroom share the family bathroom.
