A nine-bedroom period residence in the centre of St Agnes sleeping 20, renovated in 2024 and set opposite the village church. The property includes 7 bedrooms in the main house and a separate 2-bedroom annexe (Pearl Cottage), making it suited to large group gatherings. A hot tub, private bar, games room, and Boss charcoal smoker BBQ are all on site.

The main house has exposed timber beams throughout. On the ground floor, a snug with Smart TV and piano sits alongside a lounge with wood burner and bar. The formal dining room seats all 20 guests. A high-specification kitchen has a breakfast bar and connects to a utility room with WC. A games room with Smart TV is also on the ground floor. The first floor has five bedrooms - all with en-suite shower rooms - including the dual-aspect Seahorse and Stingray super-king rooms, a king-size Turtle, and a triple Pirate room with 3 single beds. The second floor adds the Cornish Crab family room (super-king plus single) and Seashell, both with en-suites and views over the church. Pearl Cottage, accessed through the garden, is a reverse-level annexe with 2 bedrooms, its own lounge, and a full kitchen/diner.

The enclosed rear decking has outdoor seating for the whole group, festoon lighting, a fire pit, a swing chair, and the hot tub. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Trevaunance Cove - good for surfing, bodyboarding, and rock pooling with RNLI cover in summer - is 0.9km away. Trevellas Cove, a quieter shingle beach with clear water for snorkelling, is 1.3km. The South West Coast Path passes through the village, and Newquay is 11 miles west.
