Seven bathrooms match the bedroom count, and the sleeping arrangement covers two super-king rooms, a super-king zip-and-link that converts to twins, two kings, a triple with single beds, and a family room pairing a super-king with a single.

A hot tub, games room and private bar give the group several shared spaces beyond the wood burner and garden. WiFi, parking and a BBQ are included, and up to two dogs can stay. There is no dishwasher, washing machine or EV charging, and the house is not set up for step-free access.

Village shops, pubs including the Taphouse, and the wider village amenities are within a mile's walk. Trevaunance Cove is 0.6 miles away, Trevellas Cove is 0.8 miles and Perranporth Beach is 3.3 miles. The South West Coast Path climbs from the village towards the Wheal Coates engine house and St Agnes Beacon, a longer walk rather than an on-the-doorstep stroll.
