33 Fordh Tobmen is a coach house in the village of St Agnes, arranged in reverse: the double bedroom is on the ground floor and the living space and shower room are on the first floor. It sleeps two.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC. Upstairs is the shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The first-floor open-plan living space sits under a sloping ceiling with Velux windows and holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a kitchen island and a large dining table.

The kitchen has a double oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a TV and WiFi, electric central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is off-road for one car. Deliveries by van face a height restriction at the address, because it is a coach house. Building stonework is being done in the area. The stairs are steep and children need to be supervised at all times. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 1.1 miles. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

It suits a couple or a solo traveller; the steep stairs make it less good for families with young children.
