Cubs Corner

Cubs Corner is a one-bedroom annex in the village of St Agnes, entered through a rear porch that opens into a single open-plan room. The kitchen, dining table and sitting area share that space, and the annex has its own private entrance. It sleeps two adults.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a washer/dryer. There is a TV, a selection of books and WiFi, and electric central heating keeps the rooms warm. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond your own things.

A staircase leads up to the only bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, the rear garden is enclosed and has a patio with furniture. Parking is off the road and takes one car.

One well-behaved small dog is allowed. The annex is for adults only, and there is no smoking. A shop is 0.9 miles away and a pub 0.8 miles. Trevaunance Cove and the South West Coast Path are both part of the area around St Agnes.

The annex suits a couple who want one room to live in and a private garden. It is less good for a group, since the annex sleeps two and the bedroom is up a staircase.
