4 Bredon Court is a 3-bedroom terraced cottage on Tower Road in Newquay, 600 metres from both Fistral Beach and Towan Beach. The cottage sleeps 7 across three bedrooms, which makes it a practical option for a larger group in this part of town.

Three bedrooms share a single bathroom: one double, one twin, and a family room with three single beds. The kitchen-diner has an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. A separate sitting room has a television with Freeview and WiFi throughout.

An enclosed rear garden with a picnic bench provides outdoor space, and off-road parking accommodates one car. Town centre shops and pubs are within a 5-minute walk. Towan Beach - where the harbour area has cafes and fishing trip operators - is the same short distance as Fistral. Great Western Beach is just under a mile east, known for rock pools at the base of the cliffs.

Fistral Beach is where Boardmasters takes over every August and national surf competitions run through the year. The Gannel estuary offers calmer water for kayaking and evening walks. Cornwall Airport Newquay is around 5 miles north.

**Best for:** Larger families or groups wanting a central Newquay base with an enclosed garden and off-road parking.

**Less good for:** Couples or those seeking a peaceful base, or groups wanting more than one bathroom. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with a pet charge of £20 each.
