Tolcarne Beach is 900 metres away and Great Western Beach around 0.8 miles. Fistral - Newquay's main surf beach and venue for the annual Boardmasters festival - is roughly 10 minutes by car. Watergate Bay, with the Extreme Academy watersports centre, lies north up the coast. The town centre, with restaurants, cafes and the harbour, is a 15-minute drive.

Best for couples or a small family who want sea views and beach access without being in the thick of Newquay's resort centre. Less good for guests wanting to walk everywhere - a car is useful here.
