Carnweather

Carnweather is a house in Newquay, set close to the coastal path. The bedrooms are all upstairs: two doubles, one of them with a TV, and a single, giving space for five. They share one bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a heated towel rail and a WC, and there is a separate ground-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The living and dining room is arranged around a gas fire, and the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Central heating, a TV and WiFi are provided, and the rent covers bed linen, towels, fuel and power.

The rear garden is enclosed and has a lawn, a patio and decking, with seating, sun loungers and a picnic bench. Off-road parking is ample. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the beach 0.3 miles and the pub 0.6 miles. Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium are among the attractions in the town, and the South West Coast Path links the beaches.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed either. The house suits a family of five or a small group of friends, and it is less good for a party with a dog, or for anyone who wants every bedroom on the ground floor.
