Cook dinner for the group in the ceramic-tiled kitchen. Eat at the eight-seater dining table, with sliding glass doors to the terrace and views of the river, harbour and sea. Play your own soundtrack from the docking station as the sun goes down. The ground floor utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the cloakroom has a WC and wetsuit hanging facility. The first-floor lounge has more views: a windows-surrounded seating area with bucket chairs and a coffee table. Nights in are best on the many sofas surrounding the wood burner and TV. Decor includes standing lamps and wall posters. The separate study has a TV too. On the second floor, the double bedroom has an en-suite shower room; the king-size bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with harbour and river views. The separate bathroom has a shower over the bath. Two twin bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, one with a harbour and river view, are on the top floor, along with a WC. All levels are reached via a spiral staircase.

Soak up some sun on the outdoor patio terrace, accessed from the kitchen-dining area, where a BBQ and wooden table and chairs sit ready for al fresco meals with views of the harbour and river across to Polruan.
