6 Albany Terrace is a six-bedroom terraced house in St Ives, sleeping 12 across three floors. It sits 400 metres from Porthminster Beach and has a wood-burning stove in the main sitting room.

The first floor has four bedrooms - two doubles with en-suite walk-in showers, a third double and a bunk room - plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor adds two more en-suite doubles and a separate sitting room with study area. Most beds are zip-and-link, convertible to twins on request. A games room with multi-games table occupies the ground floor alongside the kitchen-diner, which has a range cooker, American fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and a utility room. A 55-inch and 65-inch Smart OLED TV serve the two sitting rooms.

Front and back gardens have table, chairs and a barbecue. Off-road parking fits three cars. Porthminster Beach - a south-facing, lifeguarded strand with an award-winning cafe - is 400 metres downhill. St Ives Harbour Beach is 600 metres, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier with views of the fishing fleet.

St Ives has four beaches and a long-established arts scene - Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and over 80 galleries are within walking distance. The town's population of 11,000 supports independent restaurants and shops year-round, and the branch-line train from St Erth runs along the coast into the station.
