A three-storey townhouse in Rock village, 7 Lowenna Manor sleeps four adults and up to two younger children across three bedrooms. The property is in the centre of the village, within walking distance of the beach, shops, and the water taxi to Padstow.

The ground floor has a kitchen with ample storage and a living-dining room with sash windows, Smart TV, and a glass door leading to the garden. A WC is also on this level. The first floor has a double bedroom with bay window and en-suite shower room, plus a bunk room suited to younger guests (lower bunk made up as standard). A bathroom serves this floor. The second floor is given over to a super king-size bedroom with skylight and en-suite shower room - this bed can be configured as a twin on request.

A fully enclosed garden at the rear has lawn, patio furniture, and a BBQ. A shared boules lawn is accessible from the garden. Secure outdoor storage and parking for two cars are provided. Daymer Bay Beach - a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water - is 1.3 miles south. Greenaway Beach, a quiet cove with rock pools, is 1.7 miles away.

Rock's waterfront has sailing schools and the Mariners pub. The foot ferry to Padstow takes a few minutes and runs every 20 minutes, giving access to the harbour and restaurants without driving. Two dogs are welcome.

Best for a family with young children and up to 2 dogs wanting a central Rock location near the Padstow foot ferry. Less good for anyone needing step-free access - the three bedrooms are spread across three floors.
