Cob Cottage is a three-bedroom dog-friendly cottage in Penmayne near Rock, sleeping 6. The property sits on Rock Road in St Minver, within easy reach of the Camel Estuary and north Cornwall's beaches.

Inside, the king-size bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, basin, and WC. A ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and WC provides additional facilities. The living and dining room is heated by two woodburning stoves, and the kitchen includes a double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine chiller, and air fryer. An air source heat pump provides the main heating. WiFi and Smart TVs are standard.

Off-road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed patio with furniture make up the outdoor space. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Daymer Bay Beach is 1.5 miles away - a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water backed by dunes, where the church of St Enodoc (John Betjeman's burial place) sits among the sandhills. Greenaway Beach, a quiet sandy cove with rock pools, is 1.7 miles north. Rock village is a short distance along the road, with the water taxi to Padstow running every 20 minutes. The Camel Trail cycle path at Wadebridge is 4 miles south, and Polzeath's surf beach is about 1.9 miles north.
