The rear garden has a spacious deck with furniture and BBQ. A first-floor balcony extends from the master bedroom. Off-road parking fits 2-3 cars. Two dogs are welcome.

Readymoney Cove - a sheltered sandy beach below St Catherine's Castle - is 0.7 miles away via Fowey, reachable by the passenger ferry that runs every few minutes from Polruan Quay. Lantic Bay, a remote National Trust beach with clear water and no facilities, is 0.9 miles along the coast path. The quay is a downhill walk from the property, with a village shop, bakery, and 2 pubs along the way.

Best for a multigenerational group bringing up to two dogs, with three en-suite bedrooms and sea views across the harbour. Less good for anyone with limited mobility, since the walk down to Polruan Quay and its beaches is on a steep hillside.
