9 Fernhill Penthouse

9 Fernhill Penthouse is a two-bedroom apartment for four in Carbis Bay. The king bedroom has a 5ft bed and a jacuzzi en-suite bath, the twin has two 3ft single beds and an adjacent rainfall shower room, so the two bathrooms cover two couples comfortably.

Open-plan living, kitchen and dining space leads to a balcony with sea and bay views, furnished with two leather sofas and a Nespresso machine. The main en-suite has a double-ended jacuzzi bath, and a dishwasher and communal garden are included, with allocated parking for one car outside the front of the building. The apartment is reached by four small flights of stairs. One well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge, kept on a lead in the communal garden, and the kitchen has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The garden is communal rather than private to the penthouse, shared with the rest of the building.

Carbis Bay beach is 200 metres downhill, Porthminster Beach is 1.1 miles away and St Ives Harbour Beach is 1.2 miles.

**Best for:** two couples wanting two bathrooms, sea views, a balcony and allocated parking within walking distance of Carbis Bay. **Less good for:** guests who cannot manage four small flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
