9 Tides Reach

Two enclosed courtyards, one at the front and one at the back, give 9 Tides Reach more outdoor room than most apartments of its size. Both are furnished, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a morning on the sand. The apartment is on the ground floor in Polzeath, with sea views.

Inside, one open-plan room holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, and there is a TV and WiFi. Underfloor heating runs through the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

It sleeps four across two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin. A single shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves both. That is worth knowing if four adults are sharing.

The village shop is 0.1 miles away, and the pub and the beach are 0.3 miles. The apartment sits on the South West Coast Path, which leads towards Pentire Point. Wadebridge, home to the Camel Trail, is nearby.

Parking is off-road for one car, so a second vehicle will need to be left elsewhere. No pets are accepted and smoking is not allowed. The apartment suits a family of four or two couples travelling with one car, and it is less good for anyone bringing a dog.
