Ancient Lights and Surfside Studio combine a fisherman's cottage and self-contained studio for six in a pedestrianised St Ives lane. The main cottage has one double bedroom and a children's bunk room. A further double and en-suite shower room occupy the separate studio, giving the combined accommodation two bathrooms.

Whitewashed stone walls and exposed beams remain in the cottage, keeping the fisherman's-cottage character intact. A patio beside the studio provides outdoor seating. Parking is a mile from the door rather than on site, since the lane itself is pedestrianised, though loading and unloading is permitted 300 metres away.
