Apartment with balcony, Downderry

This apartment sleeps three and is in the village of Downderry, with the beach 0.3 miles away, a shop at 0.2 miles and a pub at 0.3 miles. There is off-road parking for one car.

The sitting room opens onto a balcony with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is a TV and WiFi, and the heating is electric.

Two bedrooms are on offer: a double, and a second room with a small double bed. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, together with fuel and power.

Beyond the village, the South West Coast Path runs towards Seaton, and Looe is 6 miles away, Liskeard 10 miles, Polperro 11 miles and Plymouth 18 miles. At low tide the beach can be walked from Downderry to Seaton.

One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement, so ask before booking with a dog. The layout suits a couple, or a couple with a child in the small double; it is less good for two adults sharing the second room. Smoking is not allowed.
