Arvor Duplex 2.0

Arvor Duplex 2.0 is a single-storey apartment on Whalesborough Resort and Spa, near Marhamchurch. Everything is on one level. It sleeps 4 in a double bed and a pair of single beds in the twin room, and each bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The open-plan space holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV and USB connection. The cooking kit is an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Underfloor heating runs through the apartment, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and highchair can be requested.

Designated parking is for one car near the apartment, with extra space in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted, which is worth knowing before booking. The resort also lists South West Coast Path access and the Camel Trail, a traffic-free cycling route.

Park facilities include the heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, gym and an outdoor playground. The apartment suits couples, friends or a small family; it is less good for anyone travelling with a dog, as pets are not accepted.
