Atlantic Surf

Atlantic Surf is a detached house on the seaward side of Carbis Bay, sleeping five. The garden wraps around three sides and is fenced and gated at the rear, with a decked area off the kitchen/diner, furniture and a barbecue. Palms grow on the lawn. The beach and the shop are 0.4 miles away, and the pub is 1.2 miles.

The ground floor holds a hallway, an open-plan kitchen and diner, a sitting area with a gas fire and a 55-inch Smart TV, and a separate snug with a sofa, TV and PlayStation 4. A utility room houses a washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, gas hob and two fridge/freezers. WiFi, gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included.

Upstairs are all three bedrooms: a king with an en-suite shower, a super-king zip/link bed that can be split into twin singles on request (at least 7 days before arrival), and a single. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a shower room is on the ground floor. Two steps lead up to the front door, and you park off-road, for two cars.

Only children over the age of six are accepted, and smoking and pets are not allowed. The house suits a family with older children or a group of five friends, and is less good for anyone with under-sixes.
