Chy Kerris is a three-bedroom semi-detached house on St Anta Road in Carbis Bay, 600 metres from the Blue Flag beach and a 25-minute coast path walk from St Ives. The property sleeps five and sits within a 5-minute walk of local shops and restaurants.

The open-plan ground floor combines a sitting area, dining space and kitchen. Two king-size double bedrooms and a single bedroom are upstairs, served by a bathroom with bath and shower. Porthminster Beach in St Ives is 1.4 miles along the coast path. The village has its own halt on the St Ives Bay Line, connecting to St Erth junction in 12 minutes for mainline trains. The South West Coast Path runs directly through Carbis Bay in both directions.

Best for families with young children, given the cot, highchair and stair gate on request alongside the garden and barbecue. Less suited to those travelling with a dog, since dogs are not accepted here.
