Ayr Farmhouse is a 4-bedroom cottage in the Ayr district of St Ives, sleeping 7 guests across a super-king, a king-size, a twin (convertible to super-king on request), and a single room. The property stands 400 metres from both Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach.

The king-size bedroom has its own basin. A main bathroom includes both a bath and walk-in shower, while a separate external shower room provides a second washing point - useful for sandy returns from the beach. Two rooms have gas stove-effect fires: the dining room and the sitting room. The kitchen has an electric range with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

The rear garden is enclosed and lawned, with patio, gravel, and decking areas fitted with outdoor furniture. Ample off-road parking is available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A cot, highchair, and stairgate are available on request.

Porthmeor Beach - St Ives' Atlantic-facing surf break below the Tate gallery - is 400 metres north. Porthminster Beach, a calmer south-facing strand with its award-winning cafe, is 500 metres in the other direction. The town centre with its harbour, galleries, independent shops, and restaurants is within walking distance. St Ives has four beaches in total, the Tate St Ives, and the Barbara Hepworth Museum.
