Bay House Lobber is a two-bedroom apartment at the top of Port Isaac, one of two apartments, Lobber and Lundy, inside a single family house that can also be booked together for extended groups. It sleeps four across a full bed and two twin beds, with sea views and free on-site parking.

Recently renovated, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop and toaster, plus a washing machine and private entrance. A dining area, sofa and TV furnish the living room, and free toiletries are provided. Cots and highchairs are available for family stays, dogs are welcome, and accessible parking is provided on site. Check-in runs from 4pm, with checkout at midday.

Port Isaac harbour and Port Gaverne Beach are both a 5-10 minute walk, with Port Gaverne itself about 400 metres from the door. Michelin-starred restaurants, cafes and independent shops line the harbour below, alongside Port Quin, a National Trust site further along the coast. Tintagel Castle is 9.9 miles up the coast, and Newquay Cornwall Airport is around 20 miles.

Best for families or groups wanting sea views and parking within walking distance of the harbour. Less good for anyone wanting a lift or step-free access throughout, since Port Isaac's streets climb steeply from the water.
