A two-bedroom cottage in Polzeath, 600 metres from one of north Cornwall's most popular surf beaches. Polzeath Beach faces northwest into the Atlantic, producing consistent, manageable waves that draw surf schools between Easter and October. Off-road parking for three cars is a notable advantage in a village where summer spaces fill fast.

A ground-floor family room has a double and single bed, while the first floor holds a second double bedroom. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath with shower over. A separate dining room with TV sits alongside the kitchen, which has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, and table-top freezer. A washing machine and dryer are included. The first-floor sitting room opens onto a balcony. WiFi is fitted throughout.

Polzeath Beach is 0.6 km away - a wide sandy stretch with lifeguards in summer and rock pools at low tide beneath Pentire Point. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools rich in marine life, is 1 km south towards Daymer Bay.

The village has a surf shop, deli, several cafes, and the Oyster Catcher bar. A Co-op covers everyday shopping. Rock is about 2 miles south, and the water taxi from Rock to Padstow opens up the Camel Estuary for day trips. Port Isaac sits 6 miles north along the coast.
