Beach View House

Beach View House is a four-bedroom house for eight close to the beaches on the north side of Newquay. Four bathrooms serve the group, so two families sharing can spread out without a single shower rota. Until November 2026 the house can sleep up to eight adults and two children; after that it sleeps up to eight, as the bunk beds go.

An open fire and a games room give the house two separate places to gather in the evening, useful with eight guests under one roof. Outside, the garden has space for a BBQ. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and EV charging point are all included. Dogs are not accepted.

One of the four bedrooms, Towan, is a ground-floor double with an en-suite in the annexe. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owners before booking.

The nearest beach is 0.1 miles from the house. Towan Beach, Fistral Beach and Great Western Beach are all a short walk away, putting three different beaches within about 10 minutes on foot. Newquay's town-centre restaurants and surf-hire shops are a similar distance in the other direction.

Changeover day is Friday.

**Best for:** An eight-person group wanting four bathrooms, a games room, garden BBQ, EV charging and three beaches within walking distance.

**Less good for:** Dog owners. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owners before booking.
