Beach View House

Beach View House is a four-bedroom house for ten close to the beaches on the north side of Newquay. Four bathrooms serve the group, so a bunkhouse-style booking of two or three families can spread out without sharing a single shower rota.

An open fire and a games room give the house two separate places to gather in the evening, useful with ten guests under one roof. Outside, the garden has space for a BBQ. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and EV charging point are all included. There is no hot tub or pool, and dogs are not accepted.

The house has a ground-floor layout described as wheelchair accessible, though exact doorway widths and bathroom fittings are not confirmed, so guests with specific access needs should check with Sykes before booking.

Towan Beach is 500m away, Fistral Beach is 800m away and Great Western Beach is 900m away, putting three different beaches within a 10-minute walk. Newquay's town-centre restaurants and surf-hire shops are a similar distance in the other direction.
