Towan Beach is 100 metres from the entrance; Great Western Beach is 400 metres and Tolcarne Beach 700 metres along the coast path. Newquay town centre - with its surf shops, restaurants and bars concentrated around the main streets - is a short walk from the building.

Suits larger groups wanting a seafront position with proper sea views without renting a house. Works well for families combining beach days with surf lessons at nearby Fistral.
