10 Quay Court is a four-storey townhouse in Mount Wise, central Newquay, sleeping 8 across 4 bedrooms with sea views from the upper floors. The reverse-level layout puts living space on the top floor and bedrooms below - an arrangement that makes the most of the coastal outlook.

Two ground-floor bedrooms share a shower room. On the first floor, the master double has an en-suite cloakroom, and a twin bedroom sits alongside a bathroom with bath and shower over.
