A three-bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of St Ives with sea views from its furnished front terrace and upstairs master suite. Beach Vista sits 200m from the harbour and within 300m of both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches - about as central as accommodation in the town gets.

The apartment is arranged over two floors with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the main level. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep up to six, and the interiors feature original artwork throughout. A dishwasher and washing machine handle the practical side. WiFi is included. Access is via a set of steep metal steps, so the property is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

The front terrace looks out between neighbouring cottages toward the bay, and the sea views extend upward through picture windows in the master bedroom. A shared garden adds outdoor space beyond the terrace itself.

St Ives Harbour Beach is the nearest at 200 metres, with Porthgwidden at 300 metres and Porthmeor at 300 metres. The town has four beaches in total, plus the Tate St Ives gallery overlooking Porthmeor and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden a short walk inland. St Ives was historically a pilchard port, and the fishing quarter’s cobbled streets now house independent galleries, restaurants, and cafes. Gwithian and Carbis Bay beaches are both accessible along the coast for surf and calmer swimming respectively.

Best for couples or families able to manage stairs, thanks to the sea-view terrace and central harbour location. Less good for guests with limited mobility, since access is via a set of steep metal steps.
