Beachcroft is a five-bedroom house in Carbis Bay, 200m from the beach and a 25-minute coast path walk from St Ives. The property sleeps ten and has five en-suite bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower.

Two super-king bedrooms anchor the layout - one with a TV and en-suite shower, the other with a zip/link option and a full bathroom including freestanding bath. Two further king-size rooms and a twin (convertible to super-king on request) complete the sleeping arrangements. A ground-floor cloakroom adds convenience. The kitchen-diner has a double oven, induction hob, two dishwashers, and a Sonos media system that runs through the ground floor. A separate media room with PlayStation 4 and a sitting room with a woodburning stove provide distinct spaces for different moods.

Outside, landscaped gardens wrap around three sides of the house - a front lawn with decking, a side terrace with furniture, and a rear patio with an outdoor shower. Ample off-road parking accommodates larger groups. One dog is welcome.

Carbis Bay beach, a Blue Flag sandy cove with calm water and seasonal lifeguard cover, is a short walk downhill. Porthminster Beach is 1.1 miles east along the coast path, and St Ives Harbour Beach is 1.2 miles further. The village has a train halt on the St Ives Bay Line, connecting to St Erth in 12 minutes for mainline services.

Best for large multi-generational groups wanting five en-suite bedrooms and distinct media and sitting spaces, 200 metres from Carbis Bay beach. Less good for a small couple's getaway - this five-bedroom house is built for a full group of ten.
