Chy Holly is a house for large parties: five bedrooms, room for ten and a layout that spreads over several levels. It stands in Carbis Bay, 0.4 miles from the beach, and St Ives is 2 miles away. Hayle is 3.5 miles off and Penzance 8.5 miles. Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants.

The living space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and sitting areas together, and there is a utility room and a cloakroom. A second sitting room sits on the first floor. The super-king-size bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over. The other bedrooms are a king-size, two doubles and a twin, and the family bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power come with the rent.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has decking, a lawn and furniture. Off-road parking is for 3 cars, with an EV charger. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house can also be booked together with another property, Sea Holly, for up to 12 people, and guests need to enquire about that arrangement. The shop is 0.5 miles away and the pub 0.7 miles.

It suits a large family or two groups of friends, and is less good for guests who want to avoid stairs, given the several levels and the first-floor sitting room.
