Benasa Lodge

Benasa Lodge is a four-bedroom lodge on a holiday resort at Winnard's Perch, near St Columb Major. It sleeps eight, with two super king-size bedrooms and two twin rooms, and two bathrooms: one with a bath, a shower over it and a double basin, the other a shower room with a walk-in shower.

The living space is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and a utility room holds a washer/dryer. A second sitting room on the upper floor has a balcony, and a study and games room has a football table. There are two TVs and WiFi, and gas central heating.

Large doors lead outside to a decked terrace with furniture. Parking is off-road for two cars. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and an iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided.

For young children there is a travel cot, a highchair and a downstairs stairgate. The resort's indoor pool, spa, Flowrider, tennis courts and seasonal aqua park can be used by buying a facility and activity pass directly from the resort. There are EV charging points on site next to the restaurant, though charging from the lodge itself is not permitted. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the nearest pub 2.7 miles.

The lodge suits a family or two families sharing; it is less good for stag or hen groups, which are not accepted, or for anyone bringing a dog, as pets are not allowed.
