Blue Sky Cottage

Blue Sky Cottage is a detached bungalow on Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, a small park set in the countryside near Liskeard in east Cornwall. The property is entirely on one level, sleeping four guests in two bedrooms - a double and a twin - with a bathroom, kitchen/living room, and separate dining room.

The living area has an electric plasma-effect fire, and the kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. Wi-Fi and a TV are included. The accommodation is straightforward rather than luxurious, but the single-storey layout suits those who prefer to avoid stairs, and one well-behaved dog is welcome.

Outside, a patio with furniture provides an outdoor seating area. Off-road parking covers one car, with additional spaces in a nearby visitor car park. The holiday village has a shared fishing lake where guests can fish with a licence (available locally for a fee). Children need supervision around the lake at all times.

Liskeard is a market town on the Great Western Railway main line, with direct trains to Plymouth in 25 minutes. The Looe Valley Line runs 9 miles down to the harbour at Looe, and the coast is reachable within a half-hour drive. Plaidy Beach near Looe is 13.3km away, while East Looe Beach is 14km. The Eden Project is roughly 15 miles west.
