Boscabrea

Boscabrea sits in an elevated position in Trewarmett, close to Tintagel, and the nearest place with its own page here is Treknow. Tintagel is 1.7 miles away. The cottage has a reverse-level layout, so you enter on the ground floor and climb upstairs to the living space, where the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share an open-plan room with stone feature walls and a Juliet balcony.

The two double bedrooms are both on the ground floor, along with a snug. One double has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the other has an electric fire. There is only one bathroom in the cottage, and it is reached through the first bedroom, which matters if two couples are sharing. The cottage sleeps four. Underfloor heating runs from a ground-source heat pump, with central heating as well, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

Outside, the non-enclosed garden has furniture and a private pop-up sauna. The kitchen has an oven and hob, a boiling water tap, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and the cottage has a TV and WiFi. Off-road parking takes one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed.

The shop is 1.8 miles away, the pub 1 mile and the beach 1.4 miles. Boscabrea suits a couple, or two couples who are happy to share the one bathroom. It is less good for anyone wanting a separate bathroom for the second bedroom, and the first-floor living room means stairs between bedrooms and kitchen.
