Boscawen 40 is a reverse-level cottage on the St Mellion Estate near Saltash, sleeping 4 in a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (convertible to twin on request) with an additional bunk room. The living space sits on the upper floor with a balcony, and a spiral staircase connects the two levels - an arrangement that gives the property an unusual amount of light for a two-bedroom cottage.
