Boundys House is a 3-bedroom farmhouse cottage in Lower Lelant near St Ives, sleeping 6 with 1 bathroom. Two separate sitting rooms give larger groups space to spread out, and an open fire in the main room keeps it warm in shoulder season. Dogs are welcome throughout. Dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and off-road parking included.

Porthkidney Beach is 1.7km from the cottage - a long, quiet strip of sand at the mouth of the Hayle estuary, largely untouched by development and backed by dunes. It faces north-west, so catches evening light in summer. Carbis Bay, with its Blue Flag status and a direct rail stop on the St Ives branch line, is 2.4km. Porthminster Beach in St Ives town is 4.2km.

Lelant village sits between the estuary and a golf course, with a small church, a pub, and the Lelant Saltings RSPB reserve nearby. St Ives centre is around 4km by road or 20 minutes on the branch railway - a useful option for avoiding summer parking in the town. The St Ives Tate gallery, Trewyn Sculpture Garden, and Barbara Hepworth Museum are all within that range.
