Bracken Cottage

Bracken Cottage is a single-storey 2-bedroom property on the Hengar Manor holiday site near St Tudy, about 5 miles northeast of Wadebridge on the western fringe of Bodmin Moor. The site includes access to a heated indoor swimming pool, which sets it apart from typical rural lets in the area.

The cottage has one double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and one twin room. A separate bathroom has a bath with shower over. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room, where a woodburning stove provides warmth. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Complimentary slippers, dressing gowns, and toiletries are provided.

Outside, a private garden with patio furniture gives dedicated outdoor space. Off-road parking is available for one car, with communal overflow parking and EV charging points on site. A shared laundrette is also accessible. The on-site facilities extend to fishing lakes, hard tennis courts, pottery, an escape room, go-karts, a family bar and restaurant, and a children's play area - though activities carry additional charges and require pre-booking.

Tregardock Beach on the north coast is 5 miles away, and Port Gaverne - a sheltered cove near Port Isaac - is 5.4 miles. Bodmin Moor's highest points, Rough Tor and Brown Willy, are accessible from car parks to the east. The Camel Trail at Wadebridge and the north coast villages of Polzeath and Rock are about 20 minutes by car.
