Braeburn Cottage

Braeburn Cottage is a one-bedroom annexe cottage in Par on Cornwall's south coast, sleeping 2 with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. It sits in a quiet central location within walking distance of the town's shops and pubs. The property includes parking, a garden, and on-site EV charging.

The kitchen is unfitted. The washer/dryer is in the utility room in an adjoining building. The garden provides outdoor space for guests, though dogs are not accepted.

Carlyon Bay - a long sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed - is about 1 mile away. Charlestown's Georgian harbour, 1.6 miles south, is one of the most photographed ports in Cornwall. The Eden Project is about 1 mile inland from Par, and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach. Par's own 19th-century harbour, built for the china clay trade, has been redeveloped around the Par Dock area and is worth a wander, and Fowey is a short bus or taxi ride away. Par has its own mainline rail station if arriving without a car.

**Best for:** Couples wanting a simple south Cornwall base near the Eden Project, EV drivers doing a full circuit of Cornwall.

**Less good for:** Those expecting full kitchen facilities; families needing more than one bedroom.
