Situated above a Londis convenience store, it has a practical layout for families - a park with a children’s playground, football goal and outdoor exercise equipment sits directly opposite.

The open-plan living area connects to a kitchen and dining space equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD player and a music system. Three bedrooms and a bathroom complete the interior. WiFi and parking are included.

Outside, a large garden and patio area are furnished with a rattan lounge suite and dining table. A barbecue is provided, making the outdoor space a functional extension of the apartment for meals and evenings.
