Bridge Apartment is a three-bedroom apartment near Perranporth on the north Cornwall coast, sleeping six guests. Situated above a Londis convenience store, it has a practical layout for families - a park with a children’s playground, football goal and outdoor exercise equipment sits directly opposite.

The open-plan living area connects to a kitchen and dining space equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD player and a music system. Three bedrooms and a bathroom complete the interior. WiFi and parking are included.

Outside, a large garden and patio area are furnished with a rattan lounge suite and dining table. A barbecue is provided, making the outdoor space a functional extension of the apartment for meals and evenings.

Perranporth Beach - a 3-mile stretch of sand backed by dunes, with Chapel Rock at the southern end - is 2.1 miles by road. The Watering Hole, a bar built directly on the beach and family-run since 1978, serves food and hosts live music most weekends. Surf schools operate from the beach in season. Holywell Bay is 3.9 miles away. For larger groups, the four-bedroom Tre Lowen property is 110 yards away and sleeps eight, with its own garden, games room and parking.

Best for families with young children, thanks to the playground directly opposite and the ground-floor-adjacent layout above the Londis store. Less good for guests wanting a beachfront base, since Perranporth Beach is a drive rather than a walk away.
