6 Chapel Rock Close

6 Chapel Rock Close is a semi-detached house in Perranporth built on a reverse-level plan: the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living space is upstairs, where a terraced balcony gives a sea view. It sleeps six, and off-road parking takes three cars.

The ground floor has three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double and a bunk room. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and a selection of books, and a first-floor cloakroom has a basin and WC. An enclosed rear patio has furniture, and heating is central. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

The shop and the pub are 0.6 miles away and the beach is 0.8 miles. The owner accepts only 7-night stays in peak season, with bookings running Saturday to Saturday. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed.

The house suits families or friends sharing, with the bunk room for children; it is less good for anyone who prefers living space on the same floor as the bedrooms, because the kitchen and sitting area are upstairs.
