Brookfield

Brookfield is a detached, single-storey bungalow in St Gennys, near the hamlet of Wainhouse Corner, and the shop and the pub are both 0.1 miles away. The coast at Crackington Haven is 2.9 miles off, and the nearest beach is 2.4 miles. There is space to park six cars off the road.

A games room is the feature that sets the interior apart, holding a pool table, table tennis and air hockey. In the open-plan living area, the kitchen, dining table and sitting area share one room, with a woodburning stove whose starter is included in the rent, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a utility room houses the washing machine. Two Smart TVs and WiFi are provided.

Three bedrooms hold six people: a super-king-size, a king-size and a twin. The bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower, and there is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside are a front lawn and rear decking with furniture and the hot tub.

Pets and smoking are not allowed at Brookfield. With one floor, three bedrooms and a games room, it is best for families or friends who want indoor entertainment as well as a hot tub, and it is less good for anyone hoping to walk to the sea, given the coast is over two miles away.
