Wesley Barn is a converted barn in Cubert, a quiet village set back from the north Cornwall coast about 3 miles south of Newquay. The property accommodates 6 guests and has ramped access from the parking area, grab handles, and a shower chair in the ground-floor en-suite - a practical option for guests with reduced mobility.

Three bedrooms are spread across two levels. The ground floor has a super-king four-poster bed with an en-suite featuring a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. A lower ground-floor super-king (convertible to twin) has its own en-suite shower room. A mezzanine twin completes the sleeping arrangements, with 2 bathrooms in total. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen fitted with Neff induction hob, American fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Biomass and underfloor heating, powered partly by solar panels, keep running costs low.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, lawn, barbecue, fire pit, hammock, and a hot tub sized for 8. Dogs are welcome - up to 5, with the first at no extra charge. Off-road parking is included.

Crantock Beach is 1.3 miles away, with Porth Joke at 1.4 miles. The Smugglers' Den Inn in Cubert is the nearest pub, about 1.3 miles. A bus stop at the lane entrance connects to Newquay, Holywell, and Crantock. The barn can be booked alongside 4 adjoining properties for groups of up to 21.
