Carrows Stable is a detached 3-bedroom cottage in Morwenstow, Cornwall's most northerly parish, where 400-foot cliffs drop straight to the Atlantic. The property sits within the grounds of The Old Vicarage, with a village pub just 0.2 miles away and the South West Coast Path running along the clifftops nearby.

Inside, the cottage is arranged over two floors with an open-plan first-floor living space covering kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom - the super-king room includes a roll-top bath, the double has a walk-in shower, and the ground-floor twin has a bath with shower over. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer handle the practicalities.

The enclosed garden gives dogs space to run - two are welcome - and off-road parking accommodates one car. Duckpool Beach, a remote National Trust cove with rock pools and boulders, is 2.4 miles away. Sandymouth Beach, a wide sandy strand managed by the National Trust with summer lifeguards, lies 3.4 miles to the south.

Morwenstow is genuine rural Cornwall - no street lights, limited mobile signal, and dark skies overhead. The nearest shop is 1.7 miles away, and Bude, with its full range of amenities, is about 6 miles south along the coast road. Robert Stephen Hawker's clifftop driftwood hut, now National Trust property, is within walking distance of the village.
