The property sits roughly 600 metres from the beach and provides a straightforward base for families or couples wanting quick access to Gwithian's surf breaks and sand.

Inside, two bedrooms - one double, one twin - share a bathroom with bath and shower over. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, a dining area, and a sitting room with a 43-inch 4K Smart TV and WiFi. Electric heating, a microwave, and a fridge complete the setup. Bed linen and towels are included.

A wraparound raised deck with outdoor furniture wraps around the exterior, giving views across the Towans. Off-road parking accommodates two cars. Gwithian Towans Beach - a dune-backed stretch popular with surfers and kitesurfers - is 1 mile away. Godrevy Beach, managed by the National Trust and known for its lighthouse views and seal colony, lies 1.9 miles to the northeast.

Hayle town centre is about a mile south, with a railway station on the St Ives Bay Line. The RSPB Hayle Estuary reserve sits at the edge of town, drawing wading birds year-round. St Ives is 3 miles west by road, reachable by train or the coast path.

Best for a couple or small family wanting a simple, single-storey base close to Gwithian's dunes and surf. Less good for longer stays - no washing machine is listed among the kitchen equipment, so pack accordingly.
