Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom has a Juliet balcony, and a second king-size, a twin, and a single room complete the sleeping arrangements. There is one shower room and a ground-floor cloakroom. A piano in the living area is a distinctive touch, alongside WiFi, a TV, and a selection of board games and books.

The rear garden is enclosed with lawn and outdoor furniture. Mousehole Beach - a sheltered harbour cove with calm water - is 2.3km south, and Eastern Green Beach near Penzance is 3.9km to the northeast. Both are within a short drive.

Newlyn's fish market operates most weekday mornings, and the Tolcarne Inn and Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar are within walking distance. Penzance is connected by a continuous promenade and cycle path, and mainline rail services run from Penzance station, roughly a mile east.
