Note that the stairs to the second floor are steeper than average.

An enclosed rear patio provides a private outdoor seating area. Parking for one car is available directly opposite the property. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Pentewan Beach, a near-mile stretch of golden sand with summer lifeguards, is 1.4 miles away. Gorran Haven Beach - a crescent-shaped cove sheltered by harbour walls - sits 2.1 miles south. Mevagissey's car-free inner lanes, stone buildings and tea rooms are all on foot from the front door, and the summer ferry to Fowey runs from the harbour.
