Chy An Mor is a three-bedroom cottage set across three floors in Mevagissey, a fishing village on the south Cornwall coast where the double harbour still lands and ships fresh catch daily. The property has accessible features including a ground-floor WC, and is positioned within 0.1 miles of the village shops and pubs.

The ground floor contains a kitchen-diner with TV and a separate sitting room with a wood-burning stove. On the first floor, two double bedrooms - one with a balcony and outdoor furniture - share a shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A twin bedroom occupies the second floor. Note that the stairs to the second floor are steeper than average.

An enclosed rear patio provides a private outdoor seating area. Parking for one car is available directly opposite the property. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Pentewan Beach, a near-mile stretch of golden sand with summer lifeguards, is 2.2km away. Gorran Haven Beach - a crescent-shaped cove sheltered by harbour walls - sits 3.3km south. Mevagissey's car-free inner lanes, stone buildings and tea rooms are all on foot from the front door, and the summer ferry to Fowey runs from the harbour.
