Chy Lowena

Chy Lowena is a single-storey, two-bedroom house at Pendra Loweth in Goldenbank, near Budock Water. It sleeps four, in a king-size bedroom and a twin, with one bathroom that has a bath, a shower over it and a heated towel rail.

The living space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and sitting areas together. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and filter coffee machine, and there is a Smart TV, WiFi and electric central heating. An EV charging point and off-road parking come with the house.

The private rear garden faces south and has a lawn, a patio and furniture. The patio is not enclosed, so dogs must be exercised on the lead. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The resort has tennis courts, a gym, an indoor plunge pool and jacuzzi, a children's outdoor play area, a recreational field and meadow, and a cafe/bar, with seasonal hours on the pool and jacuzzi. The shop is 1 mile away and the pub 0.4 miles. Bookings are for holiday and leisure use only, and commercial vehicles are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. No smoking.

It suits a couple or a small family with dogs; the unenclosed patio makes it less good for anyone who needs a fenced space for dogs.
