Chydour is a ground-floor apartment on the outskirts of Penzance, within part of the owner's property on the Castle Horneck estate. It sleeps four in two bedrooms. The owner notes that the property is not suitable for partial or disabled persons.

One bedroom has a king-size bed; the second has a king-size zip-and-link that converts to twins on request - this room is internal with no windows. The property sits in a woodland setting with walking routes from the doorstep, though there is limited private outdoor space. Off-road parking is available for one car. Dogs are welcome (one well-behaved dog).

Eastern Green Beach is 1.7 miles away - a quiet, south-facing stretch with views of St Michael's Mount and year-round dog access. Long Rock Beach (2.5 miles) is a sand-and-shingle beach between Penzance and Marazion, also dog-friendly all year. Penzance itself is a short drive, with the Jubilee Pool lido, Chapel Street's independent shops, and the ferry terminal for the Isles of Scilly. A shop and pub are 0.8 miles from the property.
