Clementine Grove Cottage

Clementine Grove Cottage is on a working farm outside Bude, sleeping 4 in 1 super-king-size room and 1 twin.

Wi-Fi and a dishwasher are included. Both bedrooms and their bathrooms sit on the ground floor, keeping sleeping and washing space together in one part of the cottage.

A wood-fired hot tub sits on the private patio. The garden also has a barbecue, while the farm provides a children's play area, activities and creative craft sessions at Shell Studio. Parking is included and up to 2 dogs can stay. The private patio separates hot-tub time from the shared farm activities, and the mix of amenities suits a family staying several nights rather than one.

The EX23 postcode places Clementine Grove Cottage on the edge of Bude, keeping the farm setting away from town-centre traffic while remaining within reach of the coast. The ground-floor layout makes the cottage a practical choice for two generations sharing one holiday.

Summerleaze Beach is 1.4 miles away, Crooklets Beach is 1.7 miles away and Widemouth Bay is 2.2 miles from the cottage. Bude town centre is described as 1.5 miles away. The Stibb guide covers the wider area.

**Best for:** a family wanting downstairs bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, farm activities and a hot tub. **Less good for:** guests needing step-free access.
