Original features run throughout: exposed beams, granite fireplaces, and a wood burner in the main living area.

A farm track from the property connects directly to the South West Coast Path, so walkers can step out without driving first. Crackington Haven Beach is 1.4 miles away across dramatic cliffs, Millook Beach 2 miles and Widemouth Bay 3.5 miles. Bude, with its sea pool and town facilities, is under 10 miles north.
