Cormorant Cottage

Cormorant Cottage is a 3-bedroom house in St Ives town centre, sleeping 6 across 3 bathrooms. St Ives Harbour Beach is 100 metres from the front door, Porthmeor Beach - the surf-facing Atlantic strand below the Tate - is 200 metres, and Porthminster is 300 metres in the other direction. Few properties in town put three distinct beaches within five minutes on foot.

The cottage has wifi and a dishwasher. There is no on-site parking, which is typical for this part of St Ives. The main Barnoon car park is a short walk uphill, and the town is well served by the St Ives Bay Line from St Erth (6 minutes by train) for guests arriving without a car. Dogs are welcome.

The Tate St Ives gallery is beside Porthmeor Beach, and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden is in the old town, both reachable in a few minutes. The harbour's working fishing boats, independent restaurants, and studios line the waterfront streets below the cottage. Changeover is Saturday.

Ideal for families or groups wanting to be in the centre of St Ives without relying on a car. Not great for guests who need on-site parking, as street spaces in this area are scarce and restricted.
